A vaporiser is a device that heats e-liquid creating vapour. A vaporiser usually consist of a battery or mod:(holds/contains the battery), tank & atomiser. The battery powers the heating element (Atomiser) found inside of the tank which absorbs the liquid and then turns it into vapour when heated.

Why is my Tank leaking?

How often can I vape?

As often as you desire. There are no specific limits on how much you can vape.

How to I care for my Vaporiser?

We want you to get the most out of your device.

Tanks - If using daily, drain every so often to maximise vapour production and lifespan. Remove the atomiser/coil from the tank and clean out with a cotton bud or rolled up tissue. Most tanks can be rinsed with warm water and thoroughly dried before re using. Be sure to remove your tank from the device and remove your coil before doing so. This would be a good time to change your coil for a new one. Be sure to check the life span of your coil. Cotton atomisers last approximately 1-2 weeks depending on use and ceramic coils last approximately 2-4 weeks depending on use.

After draining the tank and cleaning add 1-2 drops of E-Liquid directly into the new atomiser / coil and fill the tank to the recommended fill line when you are ready to use it again.

Batteries - Charge batteries for 4-5 hours initially. Do not leave on charge overnight or for extended periods. This will compromise overall battery life.

Majority of tanks will leak into the battery compartment if left unattended (usually through the 510 thread that connects to the base of the tank). Periodically clean the battery contacts using a cotton bud (carefully) and always double check before charging the battery.

Detach the tank from battery / mod when not in use for extended periods of time (1-2 days or longer). To reduce leaking when a tank is not used for a long period of time it is best detach it from the Mod and store it "Upside down".

Most tanks are susceptible to leaking under certain conditions. Make sure you take the right steps into taking care of your device and avoiding long term issues with your vape down the track.

E-Liquid should be stored in a cool, dark area away from direct sunlight. E-Liquid, atomisers, and devices in general may contain nicotine and should be kept out of reach from children and pets at all times.

How old do you have to be to purchase/use a E-Cigarette?

You must be over the age of eighteen (18) years to purchase & use an Electronic Cigarette / Vaporiser and Accessories in Australia.
