All costs on www.vapeindustries.com.au are transacted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges, delivery charges will be shown separately when placing your order.  
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Payment

We accept payment through Paypal. Paypal also accept credit card payments without having a Paypal account. Once you have clicked the button confirming your purchase including “Submit, Confirm my Order, I Agree’ the payment is final and the order cannot be changed.

Vape Industries reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Vape Industries is not responsible for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages. If your order happens to get lost, damaged or stolen we will do our best to assist you, by providing you with the tracking number and shipment details. It is the customers responsibility to solve the issue with the Postal Office. Please understand that lost, damaged or stolen packages are out of our control.

Processing Your Order

Currently Vape Industries only ships Australia Wide  
Payment must be sent before any orders can be processed  
If you place your order before 10am AEST (Monday - Friday) your order will be dispatched from us the same day.  
Any orders placed after 10am will be sent the following business day  
Orders received on Weekends and NSW Public Holidays will be processed & dispatched the next business day.

Your Invoice  

You will receive via email, containing your invoice within 1-3 business days from the date you placed your order.
